		<description>Completely agree. Additionally, I think the bandwagon-jumping  intimidates those who would like to join the Ruby/RoR community, because of the high school in-crowd element. There&#039;s a real anxiety that comes along with this group; the anxiety of wondering &quot;Am I doing this the cool way?&quot;</description>
